Refund Policy

Inspection fees are non-refundable once the inspection has been performed, as the service involves time, expertise, and a written report that cannot be returned. If you cancel your inspection with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after the inspection has been completed.
